Your tasks include managing the orders, taking into account an optimal order structure and goods availability, as well as monitoring the availability of the delivery activities of a complete customer area. You are in close coordination with your customer area regarding promotional deliveries, possible delivery delays or incompletely delivered orders. You are responsible for the damage management, including the processing of complaints in exchange with customers and forwarders, as well as the creation of price, quantity and quality credits and possible further charges. As a customer service assistant, you are also responsible for monitoring and testing possible delivery rate accounting for your customer area. Another important part of your activity is the professional interface management between our customers, the internal areas such as sales, logistics, planning and quality assurance as well as external service providers such as forwarding and customs.

After your completed commercial training, you have ideally gained profound experience in customer contact. Good analytical skills, curiosity and critical questioning of existing processes, so you can actively participate in the continuous improvement of our processes. You've got an experienced MS-Office and SAP knowledge. You like to work in the team, but you are also able to do tasks independently and show commitment and organizational talent. Contactability, flexibility and resilience are your strengths. German language and writing are a must, while English and French are of advantage.
