Senior Expert Contract Solution Management - Prozess- & Datenmanagement (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Senior Expert Contract Solution Management (m/w/d) from now on and in full time or part-time at one of our BWI locations. The Solution Delivery Managment (SDM) is the contact person for the customer Bundeswehr (Bw) with regard to fulfilling the contractually agreed services. The SDM is the interface between Delivery and Customer Bundeswehr during the contract performance phase. It is responsible for the contract-oriented service and service delivery and the associated service and delivery obligations. The enrolled body centrally supports SDM in the perception of this responsibility.

Continuous master data maintenance (e.g. planning objects) according to quality standards and cycles Ensuring structures and data for business planning, multi-annual planning, calculation of the remuneration ceiling of the main contract and forecast process Development of the conception (structures, data sources/receivers, interfaces, processes and systemic imaging) incl. Management of cross-organisational working groups, decision-making, testing, documentation and training Completion of the SDM organization to exercise its responsibility through consultation, central provision of information, identification and reception of questions and requirements with appropriate derivation of measures and their implementation

Successfully completed economic studies or comparable training At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in these tasks Experience and understanding of processes/design and systems and tools for process modeling Knowledge of BWI's planning logics and methods as well as basics of BWI's financial processes are desirable Good communication and team skills Analytical thinking and a high target orientation
