For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for an SAP Business Expert (m/w/d) service.

Process management: You develop, optimize and standardize service processes, especially within the SAP system landscape. Advice: You support our global service organization as a business expert and act as a central contact person for service processes, systems and tools. Training: You train new processes and applications in our international branches and accompany their successful introduction. Key figures & controlling: You develop, analyze and evaluate service KPIs as well as economic indicators and support the global service controlling. Reporting: You continue to maintain and develop our global service cockpit in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and support in service-related analyses and evaluations. Project work: You work in international and strategic service projects and accompany the introduction and rollout of SAP ERP, SAP Field Service Management and other digital solutions. IT coordination: You take over the role of the SAP and IT superuser in the Global Service and are central contact persons for the SAP key users of the international branches. Strategy & development: You support the further development of our global service and IT strategy, develop digital support tools and maintain our global service sharing point.

SAP know-how: You have well-founded application knowledge in the SAP Service Module as well as in the SAP Field Service Management. ERP experience: You ideally bring experience with other ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or comparable solutions. Project management: You have experience in the planning, coordination and implementation of projects in an international environment. Analytical skills: You work structured, analytically and keep an overview even in complex relationships. Language knowledge: You communicate safely in English and use your language skills in daily exchange with international branches. Other foreign languages are advantageous. Intercultural competence: You bring experience in cooperation with international teams and different cultures. Own responsibility: You work independently, take responsibility and drive themes proactively.
