In VBG Performance Management we play a central role in the continuous improvement of the performance of Vodafone Business. We use the results of data analysis and dashboards to make informed decisions and positively influence the performance of Vodafone Business.

You conceptualize, execute and manage the entire lifecycle from regular and special analyses to sales performance as decision preparation to the management level. You train your colleague: from the analytics and data modeling environment, you will be able to guide them. You design, build and develop tools for analyzing customer-specific information - in close coordination with the respective areas of expertise, stakeholder management and PPM project management with the areas necessary for implementation (e.g. Business Intelligence, IT, TO/TO, etc.). You create insights to optimize the efficiency of the sales performance control. You identify relevant topics (e.g. chances and risks), address the need for action and develop sound recommendations for action.

What distinguishes you: Complete university studies with a mathematical and/or statistical focus or an economic study of the business economy, economic engineering or business informatics with a strong focus on data modeling. At least 6 years of professional experience - ideally in the telecommunications environment - in the areas of big data, performance management and/or controlling, planning and/or reporting/analysis. Multiannual professional experience in data analysis. Very good knowledge of the application of statistical programming and development environments such as R, SAS, Python or comparable languages. Expert knowledge in Tableau, PowerBI, QlkSense, and Teradata (SQL) as well as deeper knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Good knowledge of English in word and writing. Very high load capacity and flexibility. Entrepreneurial, result-oriented basic attitude. Precise and effective communication at all levels. Strong judgment.

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).

We occupy this position at the Düsseldorf site for Vodafone GmbH.
