Application Manager my. Order Portal (iConnect) (m/f/d)

Then apply, introduce your ideas and experiences and shape the network connection of the future with us. You are responsible for the administration and further development of the application my. Job Portal - the installer portal of iConnect - as well as the associated processes.

You design system-based processes and work closely with process managers, product owners and other application managers of the relevant network connection systems.

As a central contact:in you support our internal and external users in the optimal use of my.order portal.

In addition, you control the requirement and change management around data, interfaces and functions and implement necessary adjustments directly in the application.

You carry out trainings for employees and installers - both in presence and via webinar or via e‐learning formats.

Identified operating, process and system errors are fixed independently or together in the team.

You support testing and the introduction of new functionalities to ensure a consistently high availability of the application.
