Shift supervisor (m/f/d)

You control and coordinate logistics processes including the handling and processing of the logistics accompanying documents as well as the coordination of freight forwarders and ensure a smooth running You work actively and controlling with the area-related key figures, have set goals and optimize the day-to-day business, always complying with and monitoring legal requirements and internal guidelines When loading and unloading goods, you can actively help with New employees: you are involved and qualified

You have a successfully completed training, e.g. as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services with professional experience You have a marked, pragmatic and active working method (hands-on mentality) and have many years of professional practice in logistics The leadership of employees: within you as well as the independent work and organizing Your strengths include enforcement, communication skills, decision-making and good time management You have good user knowledge of the MS Office package and have the necessary knowledge in warehouse management and goods management systems (SAP/EWM) Use in the day shift (06:00 a.m. to 14:00 p.m.) / Late shift (16:00 a.m. to 0:12 p.m.) and a rolling use on weekends and holidays is of course for you
