Inhouse Consultant Corporate Development (m/f/d)

As part of our in-house consulting team, you support the management of the company as well as the divisions in the strategic development of their business units. To do this, you will develop strategic initiatives, drive them forward and accompany the implementation of transformation projects. Your tasks in detail: Further development of corporate and sector strategies: You examine the existing strategies, evaluate them in terms of achievement of objectives, economic viability and sustainability, and derive recommendations and prioritisation. Analyses and benchmarking: You conduct market and competitive analyses and identify trends and growth potential. Optimization of the Target Operating Model: With your critical view, you identify possible vulnerabilities in the Target Operating Model and optimize organization and role models as well as processes and interfaces. Part-project management of strategic projects: Together with the departments, you plan and structure complex transformation and investment projects, defining relevant goals, milestones and KPIs. In addition, you take over the technical and organizational part-project management of cross-functional project teams as well as the coordination of various departments and external service providers. Accompanying digital transformation initiatives: You evaluate the added value potential of digital solutions and identify digital use cases.

You have a completed master's degree in the field of economic engineering or business management or can demonstrate a comparable qualification. You have already gained first professional experience in management consulting (ideally in the energy industry). Your willingness to work and your entrepreneurial thinking are yours. You burn to drive things forward and bring projects to the target. You can also go the extra mile for this. You have already gained initial experience in strategy development, organisational development and project management and have a deep understanding of energy markets, regulation and business processes. Very good user knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) as well as user knowledge in the field of AI (Large Language Models) and very good German knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
