Number: MER0003VJP The Video Creation & Media Relations department has a wide range of tasks. On the one hand, we produce moving image materials for every new series of car brands Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG and Mercedes-Maybach for external and internal use. On the other hand, we control the global marketing of events in the field of moving images. In addition, we are contact persons for editors and journalists with the focus on “Automotive”. These challenges include: Participation in the design, planning and production of moving image material for in- and external communication In individual cases: accompaniment of moving images Active participation in marketing processes for external mobility media Participation in the further development of channel and target group content for different channels such as Media Sites and Social Media Channels Advanced search for new, exciting, industry-specific content Preparation of presentations and documentation Write and edit short texts in German and English introduction of own initiatives, creative ideas The activity can begin from April 2026.

You are in the bachelor's or master's degree of communication, humanities, social, or economics, journalism or a comparable degree course (required for admission)

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.

Secure handling of MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote)

You know well with digital platforms and especially social media channels, have a certain affinity for the automotive industry and media and are curious about digital developments and innovations

You know all important social networks (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)

Ability to work on complex topics

You are a team player and proactively introduces your creative ideas into the further development and optimization of the topics.

Personal competencies: good expressiveness and strong communication skills, binding appearance, commitment, above-average motivation, high self-initiative, very good ability to self-organise, flexibility, targeted, independent thinking and working methods as well as a high level of quality awareness

Practical experience in media work and/or editorial work is desirable.

Driving category B and driving practice required
