You lead the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt and represent them to the outside. In the Bureau's team, you are actively working on the development and implementation of strategic goals. You create appropriate framework conditions for the further development of the university in the fields of teaching, research and transfer. You actively shape transformation processes and initiate innovative development projects that you implement in a targeted manner. You position and profile the university in national and international competition and strengthen its visibility. You promote cooperation with partners: women from science, business and society and continue to expand existing networks. You work towards constructive cooperation between all status groups and strengthen the self-government of the university.

In addition to completed higher education, you have several years of experience in the management of larger organizational units with responsibility for staff in the field of science or higher education (e.g. as a member of the Rectorate or Bureau, Dean:in or Head:in a scientific institution) or professional experience in the field of science or higher education and multiannual experience in the management of larger entities or undertakings. You have a strong understanding of the functioning of science and Higher education. You provide proven experience in the design and implementation of transformation processes and successes in strategic development projects. You can demonstrate sustainable cooperation with various partners: You are able to build and develop sustainable networks in the region and beyond. Based on relevant experience, you are actively engaged in the implementation of structural measures to promote equality of opportunity, inclusion and discrimination. You have an integral and participative leadership personality. Due to your strong communication and communication skills as well as your esteeming handling with your interlocutors, you are able to bring together different actors: both within and around the future. You are characterized by reflectivity, resilience and constructive conflict resolution competence.
