Your tasks Keep an overview of stocks and ensure a smooth reorder of consumables, furniture and spare parts. Ensure order and efficiency in the warehouse, from goods acceptance to regular damage inspection. Coordinate after-contractors on the premises and be their reliable contact person in the daily business. Document carefully all goods movements and stocks in the ERP system (Navision) to ensure transparency. Prepare complaints based on solutions and contribute to the rapid elimination of problems. Take responsibility for the inventory and consistently maintain processes and quality and safety requirements. Your profile

• Complete training in the warehouse or logistics area or a technical background.
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally Navision) and safe handling of MS Office.
• Technical understanding of drawings and a sense of logical storage processes.
• You're a team player with an engagement and convince by a structured, reliable way of working.
• Very good knowledge of German and sound English (min. B2).
