Various heat and cold services as well as contracting and consulting are promising new business areas. Investment in renewable energies and the expansion of district heating are Karlsruhe contributions to the energy transition. You can safely manage and operate our telecommunication systems and servers (Windows/Linux) First and second level support for service enquiries and fault messages in our telecommunications infrastructure You develop and optimise the existing telecommunications infrastructure You plan, tax and implement TK projects, including independent project management with time, quality and budget control You control and coordinate external service providers and foreign companies and coordinate closely with the client and internal departments You analyse requirements, develop suitable solution concepts and present project results and solutions to the client

You have a completed training or study in the IT/TK environment or a comparable qualification You have experience in the administration of telecommunications systems and in controlling external service providers You have knowledge of project management (classical or agile) and sound IT basic knowledge, especially in the field of networks and IT infrastructure You are confident and strong in communication, especially in handling clients: inside You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and are team-ready and responsible
