Glenair was founded in Glendale, California USA in 1956. As part of the successful growth, sales, development and production facilities were opened worldwide, including in England, Italy, Germany, France and Sweden. Glenair GmbH, established since 1983 and based in Bad Homburg, expanded its focus in 2017 with the development and production of mechanisms and cable sets for the space industry at the Salem/ Bodensee site. Your tasks and responsibilities Planning and programming of measurement programs using CAD models and drawings Testing of manufactured assemblies according to drawings and specifications Measurement of surfaces and hardness using appropriate measuring systems Creation of measurement reports Statistical analysis for product-accompanying tests Coordination with production on capacity and scheduling. Coordination of measurement strategies internally, with customers and suppliers

Successfully completed training if necessary Master or technician with professional experience in measuring technology Multiannual experience in the creation of measurement programs with Zeiss CALYPSO Experience with toleration according to ISO 8015 (ISO GPS) Safe handling of MS Office applications Self-employed, structured and careful working Very good German knowledge, as well as good English knowledge in word and writing
