You support the development, maintenance and structuring of Sera AI's knowledge base. You create and optimize our Knowledge article (FAQ style). You define keywords, synonyms and question variants. You analyse incorrect responses and “No answer found” requests. You test user questions from real use cases and document best practices in handling Sera AI.

You are currently studying with the focus on business informatics, media informatics, digital business or a comparable course of study. You are interested in AI, chatbots and digital products. You want to support our team for at least one year (two semesters) for 15-20 hours. You like to work with other people, bring communicative skills with you and can explain complex content easily and clearly in German. You are safe in handling Microsoft applications and work structured, independent and reliable.
