Senior SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Application Manager (Payroll & Integration) (m/w/d) Place of use: Düsseldorf Reference number: 2026-0392 Working time: Full time

Local support of the central SAP SuccessFactors system (including authorization management) Conception and support of BTP-based interfaces between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Creation of Integration Flows Communication and coordination with the field of design, implementation and quality assurance of daily business requirements Analysis of existing and future business processes including technical implementation (taking into account H4S4) Management and further development of the SAP HCM module, in particular in the area of wage and salary accounting (PA, PY, OM) Customizing in SAP HCM, including customization of schemes and rules

Completed studies (preferably in the field of computer science) or completed training (e.g. as IT specialist:in) or comparable qualifications through professional experience More than 5 years of practical experience in SAP HCM with focus on pay billing (PY), ideally complemented by experience in ABAP OO First experiences as IT subproject manager*in extensive knowledge of the application of SuccessFactors; additional process and interface expertise for SAP BTP and cloud integration Languages: German (native) & English (C1)
