Dry construction: construction of partitions, partitions and firewalls in the existing and new construction, as well as assembly of stands made of metal profiles or wood. Ceilings & insulation: installation of suspended ceilings and special ceilings as well as installation of insulation materials for heat, sound, cold and fire protection. Floor & wall: Laying of dry slabs as well as clothing of walls and facade interiors. Installations: Professional installation of doors, windows, inspection openings, installation shafts and cable channels. Surfaces: Packaging, grinding and sealing of joints and transitions for the production of paint-produced surfaces.

Complete training as a dry engineer or practical experience in dry construction. Handicraft skill: safe handling of tools and pronounced craft skills. Operation: Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation. Team spirit: joy in working together in the team and the joint solution finding on our construction sites. driving licence: valid driving licence of class B. Readiness to learn: willingness to learn new skills and develop professionally.

Place of use: Hannover, Topas ImmoTec GmbH. Hours: Full time / part time with 40 hours per week. Type of contract: Unlimited. Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 344.00 and € 3.269.00, depending on the experience.
