As a Program Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for managing one of the four Key Strategic Priorities (KSP) that bundle Hays' strategic projects Make sure that the most important strategic projects are included in the program and control the priority and budgeting process of the thematic roadmap You make sure that the required resources are available for the priority projects In addition, you implement an organizational program structure and regularly bind the KSP stakeholders from Sales, Mid- and Backoffice through suitable formats into the program progress Together with the KSP-Owner, you are the “face to the organization” for the KSP, design targeted communication formats and report on progress, success and challenges to management In your function, you monitor the implementation of the projects within the program and are the interface to Strategy, Strategic Finance and Senior Management You are responsible for identifying and minimizing risks within the projects or programmes and for managing the budget Professionally guide and motivate the project teams, promote cooperation and ensure that projects are successfully completed

You have extensive experience in building complex project structures and organisations, ideally also in implementing programs You have a strategic view and are able to define long-term programme objectives and ensure that the projects contribute to achieving targets within the programme You manage to recognize dependencies early on and risks within projects or projects identify programs, intervene proactively and develop solutions You can demonstrate a high level of competence in dealing with changes and implementing new processes and systems Ideally, you have sales know-how and have experience in services In addition, you have a strong understanding that allows you to quickly understand complex facts Your work is independent, structured, analytical and efficient As a communications talent, you understand how to get in touch with different target groups and stakeholders at all levels and win them for your actions You also have fun in project and team work and bring a high level of motivation with
