Tasks

They serve our Würzburg service buildings and thus contribute to a well-functioning on-site service. In particular, you take on the following tasks in a special trust:

• Control of building and outdoor facilities
• Conducting maintenance work and small parts
• Coordinating, supporting and controlling external companies
• Implementation of quality controls and removal of services and supplies
• Support in the organisation and implementation of structural maintenance measures

The activity is linked to readiness for one to two weeks per month and requires the willingness to take rare training measures even outside the Würzburg sites.

= Activity

The German Pension Insurance Federation builds on its real estate department: Here we plan, build and operate all buildings – from rehabilitation centers for our insurers to modern service buildings for our 27,500 employees.

About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management are responsible for our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. In the coming years, we are putting our locations step by step on an ecological and economically viable energy supply for CO2-conscious and future-proof.

In short: We create modern rehabilitation centers, working environments and spaces where the DRV Bund can run its core business.

Profile

• A successfully completed craftsmanship or technical training, ideally in the structures heating, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration and/or sanitary technology
• At least two-year and no longer than three years back experience in building technology or in the operational care of properties
• A class B licence for occasional trips to other service buildings in Würzburg
• Experience in the care of complex building facilities and in full cooperation with external service companies is desirable
