Head of international projects (Europe) in the field of fastening and assembly technology Performance and quality planning, coordination and execution of datacenter projects in compliance with the cost and deadline framework Ensuring all relevant measures to achieve the respective project success within the meaning of the corporate objectives Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and ensuring optimal cooperation and coordination with the respective departments Creation and maintenance of project-specific documents and clarification of technical and terminological requests

Completed technical studies e.g. in the field of construction, mechanical engineering or a comparable field Multiannual professional experience, ideally in the fields of project management and application technology Experience in the responsible leadership of teams Sovereign and Empathic appearance, targeted and independent working Negotiation and communication skills, enforcement skills and leadership skills High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment, as well as readiness to travel German and English knowledge in word and writing; further foreign language (Spanish, French) desirable
