In your role as department manager / facility manager in the commercial facility management, you take a central leadership role and are strategic business partner for project-related and technical facility management. Thus, you contribute significantly to the economic management and optimization of the service provider structure in the region.

This means:

Responsibility for the conditioning and detection management of service providers Analysis of the service provider structure in the region and showing potential for increasing efficiency Conduct award calls in coordination with the respective facility manager in the technical and project-related field Responsibility for cost management, analysis of budget deviations and implementation of project cost analysis Central audit and approval of all invoices Development and leadership of your team

Successfully completed study with focus on facility management, civil engineering or a comparable degree programme Multiannual professional experience in facility management, leadership experience desirable High affinity in the area of KPI analysis and KPI control Funded technical knowledge and entrepreneurial, cross-disciplinary action Strong communication capability associated with high team capability Good MS Office knowledge, handling Google Workspace tools of advantage readiness to travel within the region
