Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as continuous development of the order management team Total responsibility for the timing, cost, quality and customer-oriented execution of all projects from order transfer to acceptance Management of the project portfolio including prioritization, capacity planning, project controlling as well as active risk and deviation management Ensuring efficient and partnership cooperation with sales, planning, development, purchasing, works, logistics, assembly and construction site Responsibility for the early integration of the purchase and the coordination of project-specific procurement requirements Ensure binding standards in quality assurance, project control and documentation as well as control of complaints and construction site service Development and standardization of the processing processes and IT systems, in particular the bath order app and ERP landscape

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, supply or production technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in project or order processing, ideally in industrial, serial or turnkey constructions Proven leadership experience as well as the ability to develop teams in a targeted manner and to successfully shape change processes Funded knowledge in project management as well as managing costs, dates, quality, capacities and risks Embossed technical and commercial understanding of prefabricated baths, TGA (Technical building equipment), expansion plants or comparable product and project solutions Experience in cooperation with purchasing, suppliers, production, logistics, assembly and construction site organization as well as in complaint management High process and system competence, combined with entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer orientation and binding, solution-oriented communication
