Working Student Recruiting & Applicant Management (m/w/d)

Your Work Student Centre at SVA: To strengthen our team, we are looking for Werkstudenten Recruiting (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d).

Application management: You support the entire application process – from the first contact to the job. You will take the correspondence with applicants and the coordination of interviews. Recruiting Processes from A to Z: You get to know the complete process of recruiting and actively accompany it from the target group-oriented design of job alerts through Active Sourcing to lead interviews. Onboarding: You help organize the onboarding phase for new colleagues.

You are an immatricated student (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d): ideally in a course of studies such as economics, BWL, human resources management, economic psychology, (work and organizational) psychology or a comparable subject. Communication strength & organizational talent: You bring a good feeling for people, can communicate clearly and kindly and work structured – even if it gets stressful. IT-Affinity & own initiative: You go open to new tools and systems, work independently and think solution-oriented. First practical experience: Experiences in applicant management or with tools like Rexx are of advantage, but no need. Language knowledge: You can master German (C1) and English (B2) safely in word and writing.
