IT Consultant WMS Solutions (m/f/d)

You and your team design different products in the field of intralogistics for the entire EDEKA Group. You advise our departments in the warehouse logistics environment and optimise and implement consistent IT processes – from conception to stable operation in practice. You analyze technical concepts critically, develop them together with stakeholders and develop scalable, standardized solutions that work in all our camps. You work with internal teams, regional companies and external partners – remotely and locally at our locations. You configure systems, perform customizings and accompany functional tests until productive decline. You bring in your own ideas, think interdisciplinary and advance new IT solutions in intralogistics.

You have completed your studies (e.g. business informatics, engineering, business management, logistics) or similar disciplines with logistics/supply chain reference. Alternatively, you have an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience. You have well-founded professional experience in IT logistics and in handling warehouse management systems (e.g. WAMAS, WITRON, ...). You have extensive IT skills in system architectures, interfaces as well as in SAP Retail, Automation, SQL and Scripting (e.g. with Python). You are solution-oriented and have a pronounced Can-do-Attitude: unpack, intelligently prioritize and reliably lead topics to the result. You show great willingness to learn, understanding and joy to work on new topics and to think interdisciplinary. You prove sovereignty in stakeholder management through clear communication, expectation management and binding appearance at eye level. You are ready to travel to various EDEKA locations throughout Germany as required. You have fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) in word and writing.
