You are responsible for the complete consultation and care of our customers:inside, agency owners:inside, claimants:inside and other partners:inside. In doing so, your area of responsibility includes the insurance-savings of power (including Auto-Plus), liability and property-private. You shape the entire process from the take-up of damage to proper and professional regulation of damage with a service- and solution-oriented approach that takes account of economic risks and opportunities.

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance. Alternatively, you have a professional training and have gained several years of relevant professional experience in the insurance industry. Ideally, you will bring good knowledge of the handling of damage in one of the aforementioned savings. High customer orientation and decision-making are your strengths as well as good communication and empathy. Timely flexibility in our service times and a good work organization complete your profile.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.

Flexibility: In addition to our home office, you can work up to ten more days on the mobile side within Germany or in the EU. We thus promote the compatibility of your professional and private goals.
