You lead and develop a team of 13 employees and ensure the successful implementation of the sales targets. You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of private customer sales for the products electricity, gas and glass fiber. You develop innovative products and sales concepts and accompany their successful launch on the market. You design and control targeted sales and sales strategies to attract and bond private customers. You plan, coordinate and monitor sales and marketing campaigns and ensure their sustainable success control. You analyze market, customer and sales key figures, conduct optimization measures and drive forward the continuous development of sales and sales marketing.

You have completed business studies or commercial training with relevant multiannual professional experience in private customer sales and ideally industry knowledge in the energy industry or telecommunications sector. You have leadership experience and understand how to motivate, develop and successfully lead employees. You have experience in product development, marketing and management of sales and marketing campaigns. You think strategically and entrepreneurially, identify market potential and develop successful sales measures. You convince with pronounced communication and negotiation strength and a high customer orientation. You work independently, aim-oriented and analytically and bring a pronounced hand-on mentality. .
