Here you hold the threads in your hand: You are the central interface between customers, technology and internal teams – with organizational talent, overview and an open ear. Customer orders? Are you at the right address: You receive orders, process them reliably and are at our side as a competent and sympathetic contact person. Control of technology with system: You keep in mind deadlines, documents and runtimes – check the completeness and ensure that no detail falls. Focus on delivery dates: You keep all orders and schedules in mind, initiate proactive measures if necessary and agree closely with our internal departments so that everything is running around. Data, lists, evaluations? Your field of play: You create and maintain statistics and perform further administrative tasks – structured, reliable and with a view to the essential.

With technical fineness.Current background or study: You have completed commercial training or a corresponding study – ideally complemented by experience in customer service or in service processing. Technology meets organization: You think solution-oriented, like to keep an overview and bring technical understanding – just the right combination for this job. IT competence to the point: You are routined in dealing with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with ERP systems is a clear plus. Self-responsive and responsible: You work structured, independent and do not lose their head even in moving times.
