Events & Conference Lead (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about working closely with customers, coordinating departments and actively contributing to the success of any event from request to implementation? For the Kimpton Hotel Frankfurt we are looking for an event & Conference Lead (m/w/d), which brings excellent organizational talent, commercial awareness and passion to realize outstanding meetings, events and celebrations. Guide events from request to implementation: Coordinate meetings, conferences, social events and group bookings to provide customers with a smooth and professional experience throughout the planning process.

Building strong customer relationships: Create offers, negotiate contracts, carry out house tours and act as trustworthy contact for customers before, during and after the events.

Unforgettable event experiences create: Be active on site at the event days and work closely with the operating teams to ensure that all the details are implemented at the highest level.

Increase the event revenue: Identify possibilities for maximizing event sales by upselling, effective space utilization and close cooperation with the sales team.

Coordinating across departments: work closely with the teams of Food & Beverage, Rooms, Revenue Management and Operations to ensure seamless communication and event processing.

Support team success: Share your knowledge, support workload planning and contribute to a positive, partnership work environment in the event team.

Ensure quality standards: Monitor guest feedback, identify potential improvements and support initiatives that enhance the entire event experience.

You can do this with completed studies in the area of hotel management, event management, hospitality or a comparable qualification.

Experience in event planning, conference service, group coordination or event sales within the hotel industry.

Strong organizational and communicative skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

A commercial way of thinking with an understanding of event sales, customer negotiations and sales opportunities.

A true passion for the hotel industry and the creation of exceptional guest experiences.

A safe occurrence in close cooperation with customers, colleagues and external partners.

Current knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
