Your duties

• They care and care for patients independently in one of our psychiatric areas.
• They provide individual psychosocial assistance and advise both mentally ill people in their personal and social affairs as well as their relatives.
• You plan, coordinate and document care measures.
• They ensure a high quality of care, optimize workflows and develop them in cooperation with the station lines.

Your profile

• You can demonstrate a successfully completed training as a nursing specialist (m/w/d).
• They are ready to engage in a dynamic working environment within the psychiatry.
• First professional experience in a psychiatric field is desirable.
• They have a high level of willingness to take responsibility, flexibility and commitment, and enjoy cooperation within a multi-professional team.
• Personally, you are characterized by your willingness to take responsibility as well as by your appreciation and empathic attitude in dealing with your fellow human beings.
• You will bring the willingness to use new IT tools and continuously optimize processes through your expertise and work in the 3-layer system.
