In this role you actively shape the financial future of our company. As a Senior Financial Controller (w/m/d), you are responsible for centralized control and analysis processes, keeping an overview of budgets, reporting and KPIs and working closely with executives and teams from all over the company.

Strategic Budgeting, Forecasting & Liquidity Management: You carry out the annual budgeting and forecasting process as well as reviews with specialist departments – including cash flow management and target-actual analyses. And keeps track of effective liquidity management for financial stability. Advanced Reporting & KPI Analysis: You develop meaningful financial reports, dashboards and ad hoc evaluations for management and support strategic decisions with resilient models. Cost controlling & efficiency measures: You analyze cost structures, identify potentials and derive optimization initiatives – including automation of processes. Monthly and annual accounts: You tax Closing processes, prepare financial statements and assist in accounting for HGB/IFRS. Finance Business Partner: You plan and accompany project initiatives, are Sparringspartner for executives and control controlling questions across areas. Mentoring: You support employees in the finance team, secure knowledge transfer and encourage the development of expertise in the team.

You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable discipline. You bring at least 5–7 years of experience in controlling or FP&A – ideally in an international or dynamic environment. You are versed in budgeting, forecasting, monthly/annual financial statements according to HGB/IFRS, cash flow reporting and key figures analysis. You are safe in handling Google Sheets (or comparable) and ERP systems such as DATEV, SAP or similar tools – knowledge in BI/Dashboarding is beneficial. You work structured and analyze complex data with ease. You present your recommendations clearly and convincingly – both internally and externally. You are communicative, you like to work with other departments and go actively to executives. You are independent, proactive and have a sense of process improvement, automation and strategic development. We require very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
