Number: MER0003V3U Mercedes-Benz Cars Operations is responsible for car production with more than 30 plants worldwide. Our area deals with the central design, implementation, further development and control of digitalization in production. This ensures a coordinated and targeted approach. In addition, digitization is to become a central component of the production system. Lessons Learned from the line as well as new findings in the upstream processes should complement each other. MO360 is the digital ecosystem for the vehicle production of Mercedes-Benz worldwide, with the aim of generating a significant contribution to efficiency through digitization for Mercedes-Benz operations. In agile mode, we develop an innovative tool for quality assurance in production. Our goal: Making processes more efficient, transparent and user-friendly. We are looking for creative minds who want to actively shape the user experience and accompany the rollout communicatively. Your responsibilities in our interdisciplinary team of experts: UI/UX design: Developing intuitive surfaces and interaction concepts Customer Journeys: Analyzing and building meaningful user paths Mediale Communication: Creating materials for rollout in international works (e.g. presentations, videos, tutorials) Cooperation in an agile team and close coordination with developers Process Digitalization and Harmonization: Support in Identification, Specification and Conception of New Use Cases for Process Digitalization and Harmonization Subsequently, there is the possibility to supplement a successfully completed internship with a final thesis in the same topic.

Studies in Media Informatics, UX Design, Communication Design or Similar Basic knowledge of UI/UX tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD) Creativity and feel for user-friendly design Knowledge of agile methods and industrial processes desirable Secure knowledge of German and English in word and language Commitment Team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
