Extensive training offer Your tasks: First contact (m/w/d) for our workshop customers

Planning and creating repair orders

Planning and handling of service mobility

Record vehicle and order data

Return of the vehicle and answer general questions about the repair scope

Support and advise customers by phone and personally

Ensuring smooth running within the service team

Telephone and personal customer support

Complete technical or commercial training (also from the hotel catering industry or car hire)

Commitment and a sovereign and friendly appearance

High customer and service orientation

ideally knowledge of the service or Car rental

Security in the application of common office systems

Embossed communicative skills

Flexibility and readiness to switch to early service (from 7:00 p.m.) by appointment

The activity is part-time (daily working hours from 15:30 to 18:00) and limited to 12 months. However, we are very interested in long-term and successful cooperation. You ready?
