Employee of the Internal Sales Department of Rehabilitation & Mobility (m/f/d)

You advise our customers by phone and digitally to REHA aids and explain the difference between standard supply and high-quality upgrade solutions in a comprehensible and comfort-oriented manner.

Through targeted demand recognition, you identify requirements for comfort, mobility and everyday fitness.

You will certainly accompany enquiries from initial contact to completion – by phone, email, WhatsApp or chat.

You work target-oriented and performance-oriented and always have a look at sales and upgrade targets.

In close coordination with internal teams and partners, you will ensure a smooth and service-oriented customer experience.

Through regular training and workshops, you will continuously develop your product and sales knowledge.

Sales is yours and you are happy to convince people of meaningful solutions.

You combine consulting with final strength – empathic, clear and customer-oriented.

Experience in B2C sales or with products in need of explanation – ideally in the Sanity House environment – is an advantage, however, your sales mintset is crucial.

Up- and cross-selling is used to create real added value in the form of comfort and quality of life.

You can see KPIs, conversion rates and upgrade odds as an orientation for your success.

You communicate safely and convincingly on the phone and master German at least C1 level.

You work structured, flexible and reliable in the layer system.
