They are part of a team in church administration and are engaged in this They are driving forward the introduction of an applicant management system You create an application process that leads to a positive candidate experience You are responsible and run the entire recruiting process in your areas of responsibility They clarify personal education, find applicants and conduct selection procedures You develop innovatively the use of possible recruiting channels

A completed bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: BWL/VWL with focus on personnel, administration, human resources management, work psychology, social psychology or comparable qualification with focus on personnel Found professional experience as a recruiter Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church
