The Information and Technology Services department manages and organises all DKMS IT services worldwide. To enable as many people as possible a second chance of life, digitization is of central importance and IT is the key to success. The Application Development team develops, operates and maintains various software applications for the different DKMS locations worldwide. In addition to Salesforce, these applications include an integration platform for application integration. We are now looking for an Application Consultant Salesforce (m/w/d) to strengthen our Application Development team at Tübingen, Cologne or Berlin.

Advising Product Owners, Business Analysts and Areas of Practice in Requirements Definition and Expense Assessment Development of concepts and technical solutions for our salesforce solutions, implementation and salesforce administration Support in the clarification of technical and technical questions and participation in the management of the developer team Quality assurance of the implemented solutions, implementation of technical tests and support of our specialist areas in defining and implementing technical tests Supporting the DevOps process and its continuous improvement Quality assurance of the technical and technical application documentation for Salesforce Project management of Salesforce projects or subprojects

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or equivalent qualification At least 3 years of professional experience in the Salesforce environment, deeper knowledge in marketing cloud and data cloud; Sales Cloud knowledge is beneficial High technical and architectural understanding Experience in software development processes, in DevOps and Scrum Embossed customer-oriented behavior with experience in customer consulting at functional and technical level as well as communication and team skills Experience in project management is an advantage Very good knowledge of German and English as well as good intercultural knowledge and empathy
