We supply over 8,000 customers with IT components of all kinds in the B2B business. These include online retailers, mailing houses, area markets, specialist dealers, system houses, contractors and the industry. You take the lead and scaling of our Innovation Hub with focus on measurable results You implement innovation-driven initiatives with high speed and clear prioritization You work on strategically relevant future projects, including AI Agents, Humanoid Robotics and Marketplace scaling You develop and implement a clearly prioritized innovation and project roadmap You control interdisciplinary projects from idea to productive implementation You identify, evaluate and leverage innovation, digitization and automation potentials You are responsible for project management, resource planning and time-to-value You define, trackt and reportest KPIs for the success measurement of the Innovation Hub

You have at least 5 years of experience in innovation management, project management or in the management of digital initiatives, ideally in the B2B technology environment / AI environment You have acquired leadership experience or detectable responsibility for teams or complex projects You have an economic background (e.g. BWL, Business Informatics, Project Management) with strong technology affinity You have demonstrable implementation strength and experience in successfully completing projects You have a pronounced Ownership Mintset and complete Result Responsibility You are very tempo and result oriented
