You take over the management and implementation of projects in the course of digitization of the purchase around our eProcurement platform SAP Ariba as well as other internal shopping tools The implementation of accompanying projects around purchasing processes, templates, communication measures and cross-departmental coordination with internal and external stakeholders is in your hands You are a stimulus for the implementation of artificial intelligence, e.g. by AI-generated agents for strategic and operational purchasing In addition, you are responsible for the control and connection of product catalogs and contents in the course of the introduction of the eProcurement Suite and for consultation with the strategic buyers of the respective product group. The strategic and operational support of purchasing tools and start-up pilot projects for digitizing subprocesses including regular care of the AI-based donation management tool is also part of your task You support buyers in the operation and use of purchasing tools using change management measures Control and maintenance of purchase-relevant key figures (savings, delivery times, etc.) complete your task area

You have a completed degree, preferably in the business or technical field, and/or a comparable qualification acquired by many years of relevant professional experience Ideally, you have already gained experience in purchasing and in digitalization projects Ideally, you have experiences as a key user of SAP R/3, SAP S/4 and/or SAP Ariba Teamability, safe occurrence, pronounced communication skills and negotiation experience are yours You have knowledge about eProcurement Suite and Purchasing Tools The ability to identify complex relationships and to analyze analytically, completes your profile
