Advising the internal areas of expertise in all questions concerning the implementation of requirements in the Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, etc.) Environment or for further project management applications Administration, configuration and further development of the responsible applications Customizing applications via low code Efficient implementation of fault and problem management as well as ensuring the 2nd and 3rd level support for application-related requests Management of IT projects in compliance with time, content & costs Coordination of external service providers This location can be occupied at the locations Berlin, Düsseldorf, Neuenstadt, Kassel, Kiel and Unterlüß, or possibly 100% remotely exercised.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or a similar course with IT focus, alternatively a comparable professional experience Professional experience in design, operation and consulting in the context of Atlassian Deep knowledge of Atlassian applications Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management required Experience in the administration in the Linux environment as well as knowledge in script languages (Java) of advantage Methodological knowledge ideally certifications in the fields of project management and IT service management Professional experience in digitization and automation of processes Rare conception, abstraction capacity and structured, self-responsive and targeted mode of operation Very good English knowledge of word and writing, German knowledge of advantage Secure communication and presentation capability
