Performance directories from the execution planning: You develop detailed performance directories from the execution planning as well as cost estimates and calculations based on DIN 276 and establish this process as a new standard – as an alternative and supplement to our previous functional tender based on the space book. Call for tenders & awards: You carry out the LV-based tendering, collect offers, set price levels, conduct the award negotiations independently and prepare the award decisions for general contractors and trades. Building the award standard: You build a reusable LV and award standard across all locations, which brings every new practice into implementation more quickly and reliably. Participation in monitoring & control: In close coordination with our existing project management, you can manage project- and site-wide monitoring and control – dates, costs, quality and decreases – and create additional capacity for our growth, with the prospect of gradually taking over time. The local building management is located with the general contractor or a commissioned structure. Cooperation & Interface: You work closely with our architecture and planning team, the external specialist planners (including fire protection, TGA) and the executive companies and ensure a smooth transition from planning to the award and implementation.

Announcement & performance directories (one priority): Embossed experience in creating detailed performance directories and cost estimates according to DIN 276 from execution planning (VOB/C, knowledge of StLB/StLK) – supplemented with experience with functional performance descriptions. routine in a common AVA software (e.g. California.pro, ORCA AVA, Nevaris or iTWO). Experience: Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture, construction/project management, etc. – or a comparable qualification (e.g. construction technician:in/master:in) with relevant experience. To this end, several years in the tendering/contracting or construction and project management. It would also be desirable for membership in an architectural chamber. GU- & contract competence: experience in dealing with general contractors and trades and in contract and after-sales management; you are familiar with the basics of VOB. Negotiation Security: You evaluate conditions safely, negotiate with GUs and trades at eye level and represent your position convincingly. Experience in health and safety Practical construction and understanding for ArchiCAD/BIM planning are a clear plus.
