For our Children's and Youth Help Center in Allendorf (Lumda) we are looking for the next time:

Header / Healer Educational Career (w/m/d)

for our intensive education group for 20-35 hours/week, unlimited

The Burg Nordeck Children's and Youth Facility has been offering children and adolescents a protected living and development space for many years. In our fully-stationary institution we serve young people aged 6 to 21 years according to §§ 34, 35a, 41, 42 in conjunction with § 27 SGB VIII. You bring:

· A completed training as an educator, healer teacher, or a completed study of social work, social services, special education, pedagogy, psychology or education

· High resilience in dealing with challenging children and young people

· Fun at the movement

· Willingness to reflect on your own work as part of team meetings and supervision

· Culturally sensitive handling

· Standby to shift service (8-hour shift), also on weekends and holidays

· Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Car driving licence Class B (3)

Your tasks include:

· Support and guidance of children and young people in all aspects of daily life

· Contacts to parents, schools, training centres, educational institutions, doctors and therapists

· Planning and implementation of leisure activities and holiday periods

· Car rides

· Documentation and reports
