The versatile and varied training takes place in a change of theory and practice and lasts 3 years. In theoretical training, knowledge of health and nursing, nursing and health sciences, natural, human and social sciences as well as relevant knowledge of law, politics and business are taught.

In practical training, we offer you the entire, diverse nursing spectrum. The Vivantes Ida-Wolff hospital in Berlin-Neukölln, which specializes in geriatric and internalistic illnesses, is a practical place to work during the training. The adjacent areas of expertise, such as surgery and neurology, are also included. In addition, according to the legal requirements, you complete practical assignments in the outpatient (handy) as well as stationary care in the Vivantes facilities and with external cooperation partners.

For the first time you have the opportunity to complete your practical training permanently on a training station. The special feature is that you are integrated into a team from the beginning and learn and work closely together with practical managers and trainees from the 1st to 3rd year of training. Regularly, practice instructions will take place individually and/or in the group to prepare you professionally for your future activity. Through your use at the training station, you already have the opportunity to work independently within practical training and take responsibility in various tasks.
