You are responsible for our property business in the sales area in the Hamburg area and are responsible for independent distributors with a clear focus on our own wholesaler organization CMS. You prepare customer contacts carefully, using internal tools such as CRM and the offer tool. You also document all relevant information in the CRM system. You test and report on competition activities and collect competitive prices with the PricingApp in your sales area. You advise and support our own wholesaler organization CMS and assist craftsmen in the acquisition and implementation of construction projects. You offer technical advice with a focus on façades, initial technical solutions, performance directories, handicraft recommendations and offers. You use your price competency within the release limits via ONE-Quote and you are contact person for pricing and offers with your customers. You win new customers and introduce new products and promotions. You will also process complaints, complaints and returns within the defined processes.

You have a completed craft training, e.g. as a painter and painter master, paint technician or a successfully completed commercial vocational training with great technical affinity. Alternatively, you bring a completed study. You bring professional experience in sales and have already been able to book first successes. Your inspiring storytelling and your winning appearance make you a good seller. You think and trade entrepreneurial and are able to analytically consider distributive issues. You have pronounced communicative skills in German and speak English for sure. You have your place of residence in that area and you have the licence of Class B. You bring a great readiness to travel.
