Process manager*in Insurance with focus on process optimization / automation

The core of your activity is the optimization and automation of processes (including by introducing and implementing robotics measures, e.g. by programming VBA-based programs, UIPath) You are responsible for the identification, analysis and improvement of process weaknesses and process interfaces both within your organizational unit and across the group You take on the conceptual development and introduction of new processes as well as the determination, documentation and evaluation of process key figures You carry out projects for the redesign of processes (actual analyses / target concepts) and work with You are also responsible for carrying out requirements analysis and the development of customer-centric solutions Last but not least, you are working on current issues in the areas of digital transformation and digital business models
