The city of Fürth is looking for a piece of material for the registrature (w/m/d) in parttime with 19.5 hours/week or 20 hours/week, EGr 5 TVöD or BGr A 6/ A7 BayBesG. The area of responsibility shall include in particular: • The systematic correspondence management for the services of the city of Fürth with the administration of files and processes, the classification into the (analogous) systematic, order and collection of documents according to the legal requirements • Recording of the files in the file plans with file care • The extension and optimization of file directories • The re-analysing of files with extension of the file plan and the file lists (addition, breakdown) and their continuation • Creating, searching out and monitoring the repositories for offices about enaio with memories in Outlook, as well as checking the return and research at offices • Separation of the alerts with charges to the archive according to the retention periods with adaptation of the file • Dealing with the personal files of excreted employees (sorting, file edition) • Sorting of registered applications • Information for urban services • General administrative tasks • Representation of employees with similar activities

Organisational and planning capability, team capacity and cooperation willingness and willingness to learn and further training, in particular in the field of digital document management (document management system DMS enaio). Safe knowledge of MS Office standard products is desirable. The application requirement for officials is the career qualification for the second level of qualifications of the management and finance department.
