You are our Business Analyst / Solution Expert for our IT Financial Management Solution (ServiceNow) You are a technical advisor to our department, the IT controlling, with which you work closely In the Solution Team at our ServiceNow Center of Excellence, you work with the Process Experts in tandem. You control the technical (further) development and answer the entire life cycle of your solution You coordinate the application requirements and agree with the relevant stakeholders

You have a completed study of (economic) computer science, a comparable study or a comparable qualification with professional experience You have good knowledge and experience about software development processes, such as SCRUM and Agile, as well as in testing applications You ideally have knowledge of ServiceNow You are interested in IT Financial Management processes such as cost planning and billing You are reliable, analytical and structured, even in the team You work independently and can quickly work into new topics Your very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile JOBV1_EN
