Your role You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly within a layer in the area of Treatment Packs (RTP/ Consumables

Develop, promote and support your employees with modern leadership approaches

You coordinate and conduct the shift team to enable an undisturbed production process

Your team will ensure compliance with production targets, quality standards and safety regulations

Plan and implement training activities for your employees

You actively review and adapt the production process based on lean principles

You are responsible for proper documentation and reporting for your area

You have the goal of contributing beyond specialist boundaries to the continuous increase in production processes

You have completed vocational training and master or technician training

You have extensive and deepened practical experience in manufacturing

You have deepened and multi-year experience in modern professional and disciplinary leadership within a manufacturing environment

It distinguishes a pronounced communication skill, combined with the ability to moderate different interests and interfaces

You have a comprehensive understanding of production in the field of medical devices and their regulations

You can look back on applied lean production and process optimization projects (KAIZEN, 5 S)

You have already accompanied initial operational projects or independently replied

You speak German fluently and have good English skills, both in oral and written communication

You have comprehensive SAP knowledge and secure knowledge of popular MS Office programs

You are ready to work in a three-layer system

You ideally have an authorization to work in the field of air freight safety
