As a competent:r and experienced:r Project Manager:in the project manager, you are responsible for the organisation and implementation of complex and demanding construction projects in part in the partnering model in the field of the TGA. You are responsible for the following tasks both directly on site and at the company headquarters at the Berlin site: Independent processing and processing as project manager for the TGA in interdisciplinary construction project teams and various turnkey building types HKLS, electrical engineering or building automation/MSR technology as part of general contractor offers Planning coordination and planning audit Developing alternatives for economic optimization Call for tenders for all TGA units, evaluation of contractor offers and participation in awarding Monitoring and control of subcontractors and internal planning units or external partner offices
