Planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of exercises Planning of national and international exercises in IT crisis management and in the CERT community Preparation of exercises through agreements with exercise participants, scripting and exchange in the relevant networks Exercises in the role of exercise control, documentation of knowledge, moderation and coordination with the participants Evaluation of the exercise by comprehensive evaluation and transfer to the Continuous Improvement Process (KVP) Reporting at senior posts and authorities and within the relevant bodies and networks

National, European and international cooperation and contact management Active care of the relevant national and international networks and platforms Active participation in national and international conferences and specialist events (e.g. through high-quality contributions) Task.

Support for the National IT Crisis Action Centre and staff in the special organization

A degree (Diplom [Uni]/Master) of the disciplines Computer Science, Technical Informatics, IT Security, Physics, Mathematics, Communications, or Electrical Engineering, IT Management, Administration or Business Informatics, or a comparable, relevant field of information technology/technical emphasis. Basic knowledge in the field of cybersecurity and quality management and continuous improvement (according to BSI 200-4) Good knowledge of the national and federal IT security architecture, the structures at European Union level and within NATO's defence alliance, as well as good and multiannual practical experience in the planning, implementation and follow-up of emergency and crisis exercises Good project management skills (sales, appointments, coordination of subprojects, etc.) and communication skills in German and English in word and writing Intercultural competence and sound knowledge in dealing with national and international partners and institutions What is important to us: You like to work strategically and can advance processes structuredly.
