Management and further development of plant accounting Own-sponsored organisation and ensuring proper plant accounting Development, digitization and optimization of internal workflows and processes Implementation of new legal and budgetary requirements Consultation and support of the specialist offices in matters relating to plant accounting Current plant accounting Systematic activation, management and maintenance of investment assets (including GWG and AiB) Accountant recording of inputs and outputs and rebookings Examination of acquisition/production costs and delimitation for maintenance costs Working with budget and financial statements Implementation of all preparatory annual accounts in plant accounting Calculation of depreciation and booking of the resolution of special items Coordination with financial accounting and preparation of audit documents Participation in the budget

Completed training as an administrative specialist, administrative specialist, completed commercial training with further training as an accounting officer or a comparable qualification. Knowledge of local household and accounting (double), in particular plant accounting. knowledge of the relevant legislation (including GemHVO, municipal budgetary legislation and tax regulations in the field of investment). Safe handling of the financial procedures used and MS Office applications
