Responsibility for several highly automated production lines – You ensure that quality, quantities and dates are reliably achieved Leadership & Empowerment of their team in the layer system – You develop employees and build a strong team Quick detection and resolution of process deviations – together with quality & technology, You continuously optimize our processes Introduction and further development of the Ferrero improvement system (5S, SMED, Kobetsu Kaizen, autonomous maintenance, SIM meetings) Designing production forecasts and cost optimizations – You actively identify potentials and drive efficiency increases High priority of work safety, hygiene & environmental protection – You live safety culture and ensure compliance with all standards

Successfully completed training with further training as an industrial master or technician (w/m/d) detectable successes in personnel management and employee development Experience in Lean Management safe handling of SAP R/3 and MS Office strong problem solving capability in the team high communication and enforcement capability as well as flexibility and readiness to use
