In this function, you are responsible for the overall technical responsibility for the projects you are looking for for for all high and low construction services. You carry out the cross-sectional and coordination function on all the execution-relevant areas of the project, report to the Technical Director of the branch and support it in organisational and strategic issues of the technical field.

Completed (specialized) college degree in the field of construction engineer or architect, craft master or comparable qualification At least five years of relevant professional experience in housing Good knowledge of relevant legislation, construction regulations and German authorities Funded, practical (multi-)project management experience and contract security German in word and writing, English of advantage Embossed communication and coordination capabilities Good MS Office knowledge Teamability, flexibility, organizational talent and a cost and quality awareness
