Kindergarten Director Waldorf Kindergarten (m/f/d)

o Total responsibility for the educational and organizational operation of the institution o Responsibility for design, development and evaluation o Educational representation of the institution to the outside towards institutions, authorities, associations and the public o Ensure the Waldorf Education in the sense of the mission of the entire institution o Networking with parents and Waldorf School in educational questions o Confidential and collegial cooperation with the board, administration, school and kindergarten community o Staff coordination of kindergarten o Participation in parental evenings and participation in parental work o Preparation and management of educational conferences in consultation with the College o Maintenance of waiting lists and implementation of the recording process o Ensure legal regulations in cooperation with the management

o State recognition as Waldorf educator or equivalent with Waldorf pedagogical additional qualification and professional experience in the Waldorf education environment o First professional experience in a leading function of advantage o Sovereign appearance and communication strength o Critical and reflective ability o (self-)organization and coordination capacity, self-initiative o Responsibility and solution orientation o Team skills o Basic MS Office knowledge
